  5. Griffin is a Freeware application used to hide and/or encrypt files
  6. and directories. The user may create groups of files linked to
  7. hot-keys to appear or disappear them at will.

  9. For a description of how to use Griffin, see the file help.txt.
  10. For a list of changes in this version, see the file whatsnew.txt.

  12. *** Installation ***
  13.  
  14.     Well, since you're reading this, you must have at least figured out
  15.     how to run the self-extracting file. So far, so good.
  16.     Next, run the setup.exe file, which will do the rest. The Griffin
  17.     files will be installed and the documents placed in the directory
  18.     that you selected.

  20. *** Upgrades ***
  21.  
  22.     Upgrades are available from http://reaper.org/~magus. If you
  23.     email me and let me know that you are using it, I'll put you on the
  24.     update mailing list, so you'll be informed of any upgrades. When
  25.     upgrading, make sure that the Control Panel is stopped, before running
  26.     the setup.exe.

  30.     This version of Griffin requires Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows
  31.     NT 4.0 or later.
